The Single Window for Infrastructures was created in response to the growing need for coordination and security of works on underground or overhead utility networks (water, electricity, telecommunications, etc.) in public spaces.

In response to the increase in uncoordinated works, the risks of damage to existing structures, and fragmented administrative procedures, the Togolese authorities have launched an ambitious reform aimed at streamlining the management of infrastructure projects.

This initiative is part of the national digital transformation strategy, led by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Digital Transformation, with technical support from Togo Digital Agency, the Digital Infrastructure Company, and operational assistance from the partner GEOSYSTEMS France.

Who are we

As the supervisory authority, the Ministry leads the administration’s digitalization strategy and oversees the rollout of the Single Window. It ensures that the project is aligned with national priorities in governance, network security, and inclusive digital services. Learn more

As the Ministry’s technical arm, Togo Digital is responsible for the design and implementation of the State’s digital solutions. Within the framework of the Single Window, it ensures the interoperability, hosting, and maintenance of the platform, while guaranteeing compliance with cybersecurity and accessibility standards. The SIN’s purpose is to contribute to the digital development of the territory through the deployment of fiber optic networks. The SIN owns assets that it manages through partnerships with private operators, including 323 km of fiber connecting public administration buildings in Lomé; 600 km of fiber optic on a high-voltage power grid; a 500 m² Tier 3+ Data Center; and Google’s Equiano submarine cable. GEOSYSTEMS France is a company specialized in digital mapping and geographic information. Since 2006, it has supported public and private stakeholders in France and French-speaking Africa in the use of geospatial data, particularly through the processing of aerial and satellite images. GEOSYSTEMS France offers innovative solutions in 3D mapping, photogrammetry, remote sensing, and geographic infrastructure management.
